✉️ Free shipping in Switzerland for purchases over CHF 70, valid only in Switzerland.

ℹ️ Prices include handling and shipping fees. However, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by your country’s authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Nostalgeek.ch.
⏳ Shipping Times
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 business days after payment is received.
Longer processing times may occur during events or holiday periods.

⚖️ Article 7: Responsibilities
In case of non-delivery (partial or complete), you have a maximum of 30 days from the shipping date to report the issue. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
🚪 Article 8: Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 10 business days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund (excluding return shipping fees).
Before any return, a return authorization number must be obtained from our customer service. Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and unused.
🚫 Article 9: Refused Deliveries or Invalid Address
If a parcel is refused or the delivery address is invalid, only the value of the goods will be refunded (excluding shipping fees).
🔹 Sales and Promotions
Discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
➡️ Return Procedure
You have:

7 days to inform our customer service of your intention to return an item,

14 days to return the product(s).
Return requests must be sent by email to: info@nostalgeek.ch to obtain a return number.
Return shipping costs:

In case of withdrawal: at your expense.

In case of non-conforming or defective product: covered by Nostalgeek.ch (based on the original shipping method). The 9.00 CHF handling/shipping fee, if listed on your invoice, will also be reimbursed.
Returns will only be accepted if:

The items are complete, unused, and in their original condition, and
-
A copy of the invoice and a photo of the full order are included.
Items that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and approved, we will offer you a store credit, exchange, or refund within a maximum of 10 days.
