Article 1: Scope and Modification of the Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to any order placed on the website www.nostalgeek.ch.
Nostalgeek.ch reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date the order is confirmed by the customer.
Article 2: Product Availability
Our offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Article 3: Order Validation and Electronic Signature
Any order placed on www.nostalgeek.ch must be confirmed by the customer through a two-step validation system, also known as the "double click" process:

The first click allows the customer to select the products and add them to the cart,

The second click confirms the order and implies acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
This process constitutes a firm and irrevocable acceptance of the order, within the scope defined by these Terms and Conditions.
This confirmation is considered an electronic signature, legally recognized and binding for both parties in the same way as a handwritten signature. It signifies full and complete agreement by the customer to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4: Prices
Prices may change at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at the time the order is placed, subject to product availability.
Article 5: Payment and Security
Payments are made via the secure system of our partner PayPal. Your banking information never transits through Nostalgeek.ch.
Your order is validated once payment is accepted. Products remain the property of Nostalgeek.ch until full payment is received.
Payment default: Nostalgeek.ch reserves the right to suspend delivery or order processing in case of payment issues.

Prices include preparation and handling fees. Customs duties may be applied by the destination country's authorities. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Nostalgeek.ch cannot be held responsible for delays related to shipping or customs.
Article 7: Liability
In case of non-delivery (full or partial), you have 30 days from the shipping date to contact us. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Nostalgeek.ch voluntarily offers customers a 7 business day withdrawal period from the date of receipt. This right is exercised without penalty, but return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense.
Return Conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and unused.

The customer must request a return number by contacting info@nostalgeek.ch

The product must be returned within 15 days of approval
During sales or festivals (external booths): products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Return Fees:

In case of error or defective product: return costs are covered by Nostalgeek.ch, based on the original shipping method. The 9.50 CHF handling fee, if shown on your invoice, will also be reimbursed.
Returns are accepted only if:

The product is complete and in new condition

A copy of the invoice and a photo of the entire order are provided
Once the return is validated, the customer can choose between an exchange, store credit, or refund, processed within a maximum of 10 days.
Article 9: Invalid Address or Delivery Refusal
In case of delivery refusal or invalid address, only the value of the items will be refunded (shipping fees excluded).
Article 10: Data Access Rights (Swiss Federal Act)
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data at any time.
